On this way oDesker will know in any time does She/He track the time, this will solve the problem they think tracker is on while it is off. I think I have a solution for this problem, if somebody start the Team application but didn't start the time tracking the screen should have a red border, when they start the time tracking the border should disappear. Many times happens that I forgot to start the oDesk Team time tracker and I didn't want to submit the time manually, this is frustrating.
